1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, downloading, or using Dynamic Cut Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our software or services.
2. Software License & Usage
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Dynamic Cut Pro software for your internal business purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or our proprietary pattern database.
3. Credits & Pay-As-You-Go System
Dynamic Cut Pro operates on a cloud-based Pay-As-You-Go model. Credits (measured in square meters) are deducted in real-time upon successful pattern cut initiation. Purchased credits do not expire but are strictly non-transferable between different user accounts.
4. Intellectual Property
All vehicle templates, patterns, UI designs, and routing algorithms are the exclusive intellectual property of Dynamic Cut Pro. Access to the pattern library does not grant you ownership of the individual template files.
5. Limitation of Liability
Dynamic Cut Pro is not liable for any material waste, hardware damage, or loss of profits resulting from software misuse, incorrect plotter calibration, or internet connectivity drops during active cutting sessions.
